Chaparral Football Team Leads By Example

Ronald McDonald House of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana has been receiving help from the Chaparral football team this holiday season.

At RMHC of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, players are giving a helping hand wherever it is needed. The athletes are encouraged to give back to the community in as many ways as possible, and the local Ronald McDonald House is a great outlet to do so.

Football players are required to give back to the community in some way, but the head coach of Chaparral football says the players are beginning to go on their own because they’re enjoying giving back so much.

PLM: "Give more than you take" November 28, 2017 - Claire Butler  The Purple Land Management's philosophy is "give more than you take."   Last year PLM's Fort Worth donated over 100 pounds of food to the local food bank.  This year they decided to continue giving back to their community by donating to different organizations each quarter. The first quarter they chose the Ronald McDonald House.  Their goal is to collect any supplies RMHC needs for the families staying there.
